Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Wellness in Every Season, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To accommodate these changes while maintaining the integrity of our coaching schedule, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when scheduling or canceling an appointment. 1. Appointment Scheduling When you schedule an appointment with Wellness in Every Season, whether for one-on-one coaching or other services, you are reserving a time slot that is exclusively set aside for you. We strive to provide the highest level of service and preparation for each session. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client and to adjust our schedules accordingly. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via email at autumn@wellnessineveryseason.com or through our scheduling system. Be sure to include your name, the date and time of your appointment, and the reason for the change. 4. Late Cancellations and No-Shows If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the full session fee. This policy is in place to respect the time and commitment of our coaches and other clients. 5. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a legitimate emergency that prevents you from providing 24 hours' notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Wellness in Every Season. 6. Refunds and Credits In the event that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with the required 24 hours' notice, any pre-paid session fees will be applied to your rescheduled appointment or credited to your account for future use. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows. 7.
