Terms and Conditions for Wellness in Every Season Newsletter and Coaching Services
Introduction
Welcome to the Wellness in Every Season Newsletter and Coaching Services. By subscribing to our newsletter and/or enrolling in our coaching programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing or registering.
Subscription
1. Eligibility: By subscribing to our newsletter or enrolling in any of our coaching programs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly accept subscriptions or registrations from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that a subscriber or client is under 18, we will immediately remove them from our mailing list and/or cancel their registration.
2. Subscription Process: To subscribe, you must provide a valid email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Unsubscribing: You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us or by contacting us directly.
Coaching Agreement
Welcome to coaching! We are happy to have you as a client. It is important to begin our relationship with a clear understanding of our work together so that we can focus on achieving the outcomes you desire. Please read the agreement carefully before signing.
Definition of Coaching
Coaching is a professional partnership in which we work together to clarify areas that you would like to improve and in which you would like to work toward achieving your desired outcomes. Coaching is distinct from consulting in that we will help you come up with your answers rather than advising. It is different from therapy in that we will address any obstacles that keep you from achieving your goals, but we will not engage in therapy or any psychological area that requires training and licensing.
One-on-One Wellness Coaching
A. One-on-one 3-Month Package
Pay in Full: Upon registering for this package, you agree to a one-time payment of $1,200. Payment must be made in full before scheduling your sessions. Included is a 90-minute Wellness Balance Assessment Session followed by 12 weekly 60-minute sessions. This agreement guarantees our weekly sessions at your scheduled time for a period of 3 months. After 3 months your time slot is not guaranteed and may be scheduled with another client unless this agreement is extended. This package is good for 6 months, and no refunds will be given after our first session.
B. One-on-one 6-Month Package
Pay in Full: Upon registering for this package, you agree to a one-time payment of $2,200. Payment must be made in full before scheduling your sessions. Included is a 90-minute Wellness Balance Assessment Session followed by 25 weekly 60-minute sessions. This agreement guarantees our weekly sessions at your scheduled time for a period of 6 months. After 6 months your time slot is not guaranteed and may be scheduled with another client unless this agreement is extended. This package is good for 9 months, and no refunds will be given after our first session.
C. One-on-one 12-Month Package
Pay in Full: Upon registering for this package, you agree to a one-time payment of $4,400. Payment must be made in full before scheduling your sessions. Included is a 90-minute Wellness Balance Assessment Session followed by 50 weekly 60-minute sessions. This agreement guarantees our weekly sessions at your scheduled time for a period of 12 months. After 12 months your time slot is not guaranteed and may be scheduled with another client unless this agreement is extended. This package is good for 14 months, and no refunds will be given after our first session.
Create Space Program
D. Workbook and Facebook 4-Week Program
Free: Upon registering for this program, you will be given a link to the workbook and invited for unlimited time to a private dedicated Facebook group where prompts are posted daily.
Stay at Home Parent to Dream Job Parent Program
E. Self-study 8-Week Program
Pay in Full: Upon registering for this program, you agree to pay the payment in full of $500. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
On-Demand Coaching Programs
Due to the nature and low cost of our on-demand coaching programs, no refunds will be provided for these programs once purchased.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds after 30 days for our Programs and no refunds will be provided to you after our first 1:1 session. By using and/or purchasing our Program, you understand and agree that all sales are final after the first session of 1:1 or 30 days in a program, and no refunds will be provided.
Discipline and Termination
The company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine how to discipline a member who violates these Terms. Therefore, if a member disagrees with how the Company disciplines another member and requests a refund, the Company will deny such a request.
Furthermore, if a member violates these Terms, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to offer the member another opportunity to abide by these Terms. If a member disagrees with the Company offering another member a second opportunity to follow these terms, no grounds for a member to receive a refund would be created, and any request for a refund on this basis shall be denied.
If, in the Company’s sole right and discretion, you persist with behaviors or actions that violate these Terms, the Company may terminate your access and participation in the Program without notice and without refund.
Keeping Appointments
Maintaining punctuality and attending scheduled appointments is vital to the success of our coaching program. We strongly recommend that you honor your scheduled appointments, as the outcomes of our collaborative efforts are progressive and dependent upon consistent participation and follow-through. Even if you feel unprepared or uncertain, there is significant value to be gained from exploring your current state and identifying areas for growth.
If you are tardy for a scheduled appointment, it is essential to adhere to the previously agreed-upon timeframe, and the session will conclude at the scheduled end time. We appreciate your commitment to our collaborative partnership and look forward to supporting you in achieving your desired outcomes.
The Coach’s Responsibility
Our foremost objective is to provide you with unwavering support and guidance throughout your coaching journey, to help you achieve your desired goals. To this end, we pledge to conduct ourselves professionally and uphold the ethics and standards established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
As a member of the ICF, we adhere to the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practices. We will provide a safe and supportive environment for our sessions, enabling you to feel heard, understood, and empowered.
As professional coaches, our role is to assist and guide you in achieving your desired outcomes within the scope of our coaching practice. It is not within our purview to provide advice in any area where we lack the requisite knowledge or qualification.
Therefore, if any issue arises that is beyond our professional expertise, we commit to working with you to identify and locate a trained or licensed professional who is better equipped to address the matter. We will collaborate with you to ensure that you have access to the appropriate resources and support necessary to help you overcome any obstacles and achieve your desired outcomes.
We value your trust in our coaching services and take seriously our responsibility to provide you with the best possible support and guidance.
Open Communication
We are committed to maintaining a relationship of open and honest communication with you throughout our coaching sessions. We believe that open and transparent communication is essential for building trust, establishing a safe and supportive environment, and achieving the desired outcomes of our coaching program.
We will strive to provide you with gentle, compassionate, and non-judgmental feedback, based on our observations and expertise, in a manner that is respectful and supportive of your goals and objectives. We encourage you to be open and honest with us as well, as we recognize that the best results come from a collaborative and transparent coaching relationship.
By sharing your thoughts, feelings, and concerns with us, we can gain a better understanding of your unique situation and provide you with the support and guidance necessary to achieve your desired outcomes. We are committed to creating a space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and working collaboratively with us to achieve your goals.
Content
1. Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our newsletter and coaching sessions. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information provided.
2. Intellectual Property: All content in the newsletter and coaching materials, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Wellness in Every Season and its affiliates. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the newsletter or coaching sessions without our prior written consent.
3. User Content: If you submit any content to us, including feedback or suggestions, you grant Wellness in Every Season a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
Liability
1. No Warranties: The newsletter and coaching services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of the newsletter or coaching services.
2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness in Every Season shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the newsletter or coaching services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through the newsletter or directly to clients. Your continued use of the newsletter or coaching services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
